A gentle stroll through part  of the park, uncovering the  history from the early medieval period to 1960. Until the handover to the people of Derby there have been only 2 owners since The Normans.The park in its present form is a fairly untouched example of eighteenth century landscaping. Learn how to see the different footprints of its life.
